1週間お休みありがとうございました！
久しぶりにカナダに帰国することができ、家族や友人と素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。

日本を出た時はまだ暑かったのに、帰ってきたらだいぶん涼しくなっていてびっくりです。
気候の変化だけじゃなく、感染症に対する気のゆるみも相まって、インフルエンザが増えています！
普段はもう少し冬近くに行われるインフルエンザワクチンも、今年は早めに行われることになりました。

当院でもインフルエンザワクチンの予約を受け付けており、10月16日から接種を開始する予定です！
名古屋市の助成対象外となりますが、その代わり1回3500円で承っております（名古屋の中では最安？安い方かと思います）。

ワクチンも大事ですが、食事、水分摂取、運動、睡眠。これらも健康維持、免疫力維持にとても大切です。
体調管理に気を付けてください。

We closed our clinic last week for our belated summer vacation. 
I was able to go back to Canada to see my friends and family. It was great!

When I left Japan, it was still hot. But the temperature has dropped quite a bit while I was away.
Due to sudden change in temperature and less strict infection control, we are seeing a lot of flu patients.
Which is why we are starting our flu shots early this year!

You can book your flu shot now, and we will be administering them starting Oct. 16th. 
We are sorry to announce that Nagoya city coupons are not applicable in our clinic, but each shot is 3,500yen (which is a bit cheaper than most clinics).

Flu shots are helpful but make sure you eat well, stay hydrated, exercise and sleep enough!
